I'm Back!

No baby yet, although I am officially overdue.

I have been researching ways to start getting back in shape after giving birth and have a list of local classes and resources ready for my reference. I can't wait!

These classes should be a great way to meet other moms, lose weight, and keep my spirits up!

I won't be able to start any of these classes for 4-8 weeks after the birth, so in the meantime I have prepared healthy freezer meals. We also purchased a nice jogging stroller, and if it's not too cold out I hope we can bundle the baby up and get outside for a few minutes each day.
