Getting Started

Don't be afraid to start. There will never be a perfect time. Don't be afraid of failure just because you have failed before. Losing weight is a series of failures. You have to practice picking yourself up after you fail. The more you practice, the better you get. Losing a substantial amount of weight is a long process. It won't happen overnight. But the sooner you make the decision to try, the sooner you will see the results you dream of. Ask for help. Find people who will support you. It's harder in the beginning and it gets easier. You will get more out of it than you put into. It's worth it.
