Favorite Breakfasts1. Plain oatmeal with banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
Or, plain oatmeal with strawberries, raspberries and peaches
2. Egg fritatta. To make - sautee vegetables in pan with one tablespoon of olive oil and garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary. Brown ground turkey in a pan as well. Mix all in bowl with 12-24 scrambled eggs. Put into a baking pan and cook at 375 degrees until golden brown on top. Makes enough for a week of healthy breakfasts.
Favorite Lunches1. Salad with chicken, peppers, and goat cheese.
2. Salad with a burger on top.
3. Spinach, turkey, apple, almonds, and goat cheese.
