I'm going to try to start recording all of my workouts here.

Couch to 5k - 2 miles, 30 minutes
3 x 12 squats with 30# dumbbell
5 minutes - jump rope
3 x 12 - leg Curl machine 80#s
3 x 12 - vertical chest press machine 80#s
3 x12 - shoulder press machine 50#s
